Copyright Policy

Authors who publish in the Journal of Research in Agriculture and Food Sciences (JRAFS) retain the copyright to their published articles. Copyright is not transferred to the journal or to Eldaghayes Publisher.

By submitting a manuscript for consideration and, upon acceptance, granting the journal the right to publish the work, authors provide the Journal of Research in Agriculture and Food Sciences and its publisher, Eldaghayes Publisher, with a non-exclusive right and license to publish, reproduce, distribute, communicate, display, archive, and preserve the article in all forms and formats, including online, electronic, print, databases, repositories, and other scholarly communication platforms.

This publication right enables JRAFS to maintain and disseminate the official Version of Record of the article as part of the journal's permanent scholarly record. The granting of these rights does not prevent authors from exercising their own copyright rights or from making lawful use of their published work.

Authors retain the right to:

• share and disseminate their published articles;

• post their articles on personal or institutional websites and repositories;

• use their work for teaching, research, and other scholarly purposes;

• include their published work in theses, dissertations, books, or other scholarly works;

• reuse, reproduce, and adapt their work; and

• authorize others to use their work,

subject to the applicable license terms and any rights relating to third-party material contained in the article.

Authors are responsible for ensuring that they have obtained the necessary permissions for any material incorporated into their manuscript that is owned by third parties, including photographs, figures, tables, illustrations, or other copyrighted content. Third-party material may be subject to separate copyright or licensing conditions.

JRAFS and Eldaghayes Publisher reserve the right to protect the integrity, authenticity, and bibliographic identity of the published Version of Record. Any substantial correction, alteration, or modification to a published article must follow the journal's established procedures for corrections, retractions, and other post-publication updates.

The journal's copyright policy is intended to protect authors' intellectual property rights while allowing JRAFS to publish, preserve, and disseminate scholarly work as part of the permanent academic record.
